Dr. Boyle specializes in male fertility and reproductive medicine including vasectomy, microsurgical vasectomy reversals, microsurgical varicocele repair, and all sperm retrieval procedures for IVF including microdissection testicular and sperm extraction. She performs comprehensive evaluation and treatment of the infertile male, and works closely with reproductive endocrinologists. Dr. Boyle also focuses on male and female sexuality. Her specialties also include male aesthetic procedures which include tumescent liposuction and liposculpting, correction of penoscrotal webbing, male pubic lift and liposuction to improve penile length perception, as well as female aesthetic procedures that include tumescent liposuction and liposculpting, Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation (LVR), Designer Laser Vaginoplasty (DLV), labiaplasty, and hymenoplasty.
A frequent contributor to national publications such as Men's Health, Cosmopolitan and Playboy, Dr. Boyle was also a featured physician in the ABC TV documentary Hopkins, and appeared as a guest on Barbara Walter's The View. After residency training, Dr. Chrouser spent a year as a fellow with International Volunteers in Urology (IVU) traveling through eight countries, focusing on international urologic reconstruction and surgeon education. Her MPH thesis addressed issues surrounding mass circumcision in Africa to reduce the transmission of HIV.
Dr. Chrouser has authored articles addressing the complications of urologic cancer treatments and issues surrounding the management of vesicovaginal fistulas (VVF) in Africa. Her other research interests include improving surgical outcomes in VVF patients and developing international programs that improve surgical access, quality and efficiency in underserved areas. She is interested in the use of surgical outcomes research in urology to maximize surgical quality as well as patient safety and satisfaction. Her clinical focus is on general urology and male and female reconstructive surgery, especially the repair of urethral strictures and vesicovaginal fistulas (VVF).

Dr. Siegel is concurrently a partner with Chesapeake Urology and its President and CEO. He has been in private practice urology in the Baltimore area for more than 25 years. As President of Chesapeake Urology, he has built the practice into one of the country's largest and highest quality urology practices, and the largest in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
In 2006, Dr. Siegel initiated the Chesapeake Urology Associates Scholarship Fund in conjunction with the Central Scholarship Bureau to provide scholarship assistance to full-time students pursuing degrees in medicine, nursing and ancillary health fields. He also established the Chesapeake Urology Associates/AUA Foundation Research Scholar program to fund urology research. In 2007, he led the formation of the Great Prostate Cancer Challenge (GPCC) to raise money and awareness for prostate cancer research and to provide prostate cancer screenings to those in need. The GPCC is the only physician-led program of its kind in the country. He is a member of the board of directors of the Large Urology Group Practice Association and also serves as the chairman of its Advocacy Committee. In addition, he is a member of the board of directors of ZERO-The Project to End Prostate Cancer, and a director on the board of the Central Scholarship Bureau. Dr. Siegel practices general urology and his specialties include erectile dysfunction, vasectomy and benign prostate disease.
